Hydrocarbon Mapping also offers Water Reservoir Surveys and Maps, Mineral Surveys and Maps (Gold, Silver, Platinum, etc.), and Helium, in addition to our Natural Gas and Crude Oil Reservoir location maps. Hydrocarbon Mapping offers any natural resource survey and maps.
We also offer, in the field, Telluric depth surveys to confirm the natural resource and the depth.
Hydrocarbon Mapping provides the most advanced exploration tool that is offered today. Through the use of sophisticated software and high powered computers we are able to process the raw scientific data that the satellites are gathering at all times. Our mapping service is a result of the interpretation of this data. The maps Hydrocarbon Mapping provides are Hydrocarbon Maps, Fault Maps and limited Structure Maps. The hydrocarbon maps will indicate reservoirs that are trapped in channel sands, anticlines, reefs, fault traps and any other mechanisms that trap the hydrocarbon reservoirs. We are not as interested in the trapping mechanism as we are focused on the reservoir. The mechanism is the specialty of the geologist. Hydrocarbon Mapping locates the hydrocarbon pool.
HYDROCARBON MAPS
When a client contacts Hydrocarbon Mapping we go through the following steps:The client tells us where they want to survey.
Hydrocarbon Mapping generates a location map with Longitude and Latitude for the clients approval.
When the client approves the location map a Work Order is executed by both parties.
Pre-payment is made.
The survey map is scheduled.
Data download begins.
Computer time is scheduled.
Interpretation of the data is processed.
Maps are generated indicating the results of the interpretation.
Topographic maps of the area surveyed are generated.
Clear overlays of the hydrocarbon pools are generated to be used over the topo maps.
The hydrocarbon pools are color coded to indicate the intensity and quality of the pool.
A complete set of maps is delivered to the client.
MAP SIZES
Local Maps.
The maps are 1" to 2000' that cover a minimum of four square miles.
The maps include a topo map and a clear overlay with color coded hydrocarbon indicators.
Regional maps.
These maps can be from 36 square miles to several thousand square miles.
The regional maps are excellent tools to help find hydrocarbon pools over a large area.
When oil and gas is located within a regional map then larger scale maps are generated.
The larger scale maps are at a scale of 1" = 2000' in order to focus in on the pool.
The quality of the pool will be more evident on these maps.FAULT MAPS
These maps are developed from infrared maps and aerial photography. The maps will indicate major
faulting and sometimes subsurface structures, such as reefs.
These maps are not available for all regions.
Water Exploration Maps
These surveys locate water deposits anywhere in the world.
MINERAL EXPLORATION MAPS
These surveys are used in the search for any mineral such as gold or silver. We have located many
gold deposits in addition lost treasures on land and offshore.
